These guys are wonderful! Went in to get something put together quick, to give to my most special lady. Wish I knew the gentleman's name who helped me. He was very accommodating. Put a special arrangement together - wrapped. First of all - it was perfect. It represented exactly what I needed to, to make her happy. Secondly - he told me it was complimentary. Very sweet of this man to do that! All he asked was that I remember them - which I'm trying to do in this review. Please visit The Floral Basket ! They do have a very nice store, and an excellent selection. Nice variety of gifts, cards, etc. I would definitely use these guys again. And next time I aim to pay them for the arrangement !. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my friend as a bereavement. I ordered them on Thursday July 20 which the site promised same day delivery (I order before 1pm). I received an email at 4pm that day notifying me they had been delivered. Today July 21 I receive a call from Gary at Floral Basket at 1:22pm asking me to call back about the delivery. I call back and there is confusion about the delivery (it hasn’t been delivered yet). Gary told me the driver needed a gate code to which I told him the neighborhood isn’t gated. At some point during this call I got disconnected on their end. I waited for them to call me back which they hadn’t. I called them back at 2pm and he was still checking with his driver. My friend let me know shortly after that since she wasn’t home they couldn’t deliver to her but said she could come to the shop or pay a “redelivery” fee. I paid $25 for delivery all ready. At no point did the shop reach out to me again letting me know they couldn’t deliver the arrangement or inform me about the options to have them redelivered. I called Gary back to confront him and all there was were excuses and multiple times I was told there were a lot of orders today (not my problem Gary). There is no accountability or professionalism. He refused to help because I booked through a “third party” company. I highly suggest you save your money and do not spend it at the Floral Basket because it is a trash establishment.
