Excellent customer service!!! The flowers were delivered after my Mother's school was closed and the driver took them to her home because she was unwell and couldn't pick them up. It helped that the school was 8 minutes from her home but it made all the difference. She was elated when the driver walked up and she said she could smell the beautiful flowers. Not very good. Flowers were delivered late at night. Stayed outside over night. I called first thing in the morning to find out where the flowers were. To date nobody, called or email to explain why they were delivered so late.
